4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours two fingers of head on a hazy straw body.
The aroma is bright with tropical fruits: pineapple and mango.
The taste is moderate to strong bitterness right off the bat, then mellows to the end. A little sweet finish.
The texture is thicker.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
The best dipa Iíve ever had. And definitely one of the best beers overall one has ever tasted. Absolutely brilliant. Nice thick 2 finger head. Very versatile aroma and taste. This beer has everything. Would be interested to know, how much you have to pay for this in California. I paid 12,95 euros for this 0,65l bottle in Europe.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
At first it starts as best DIPA I ever had.. after half of glass is gone, it becomes more common, but still very enjoyable. Quite intense maltiness, caramel, even bit honeyish, powerful hop combo gives peach, mango, grapefruit, lemon, pine.
Moderate sweetness with lasting bitterness and bittersweet finish. Feels very silky smooth and enjoyable.

Bottled 650ml. -from Za Popenít Ljubljana. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, sweet fruity hoppy nose. Moderate malty, caramel, quite fruity hoppy and slightly alcoholic with dry bitter sweet finish. Not so fresh version but still decent brew.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a slightly cloudy light amber, slightly darker than gold. World class head volume, lacing and retention.
Outstanding nose of citrus (tangerine, orange, light grapefruit) over a rich biscuit base. Underneath, is a tantalizing hint of spicy spruce.
Heavy light body with a fairly smooth texture. Superbly carbonated with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a rollicking fine effervescent prickly finish.
The outstanding flavor profile is almost world class. It begins with the citric flavors of the nose, but with more grapefruit rind present. The rind flows into spruce in the middle over a rising malt influence. A mild bitterness kicks in and the malts assume the forefront with a rich grainy biscuit sweetness. Surprisingly, caramel notes are present at a much higher level than the color would suggest. The finish delivers the expected alcohol burn at the back of the throat, but also allows the alcohol content to escape itís previous flavor masking. A rind and pine like bitterness lingers along with the alcohol astringency.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Typical fantastic aroma from Ale Smith of tropical fruits and citrus. Mango lemon drop and tangerine. Light malty backbone makes it a great beer not just a hop tea like some. Clean hoppy finish.
