Bought 6 months ago at Papago, Phoenix
It pours a cloudy deep blond color, with generous, creamy head. Medium hop aroma, a bit puckery, delicate mix of citrus fruits. Good body, smooth mouthfeel; strong caramel and toffee flavor, with enough residual sweetness for my liking; the bitterness is strong, of good quality, without exceeding on the resiny or fruity side. Strong and long final, chewy too. Maybe not fresh, but very good.

Bottle at The Cad’s Pure Mad Rocket Mon The Beezer Tasting. Pours a not completely clear gold with a huge, white head. Big, tropical fruit aroma with some light pine. Nice and sweet, with some caramel and honey, more tropical fruits like pineapple and passionfruit, along with grapefruit bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Has a sweet finish with refreshing, fruity hops, light warmth and stickiness. Also some bready yeast notes. Excellent beer.

Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2011. Golden beer, offwhite head. Hoppy spicy perfume aroma, milky, malty, fruity notes. Hoppy and milky flavor, creamy, perfume, fruity, some grapefuit. Quite bitter but also with a sweetish profile.

Unclear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel, malty and heavy hoppy, citrus, pine needles and grapefruit. Flavor is rather sweet and very bitter. Dry and lasting bitter finish. Excellent stuff. 171110

12/12/12/13/9/13

Bottle, 22oz, at Mikkeller. It’s an almost clear one, dark golden in color and topped by a two-finger white head leaving some lacings. Fruityness, pine cones, peppery hints, a whiff of alcohol and a sweetish maltyness in the aroma. The flavor has sweetness and hoppyness well blended, with resin, fruityness, some alcohol and a nice bitterness. Full body, nice carbonation and some warmth. Lasting bitterness with pine cones. Nice. 110528

Bottle. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich hops and flowers but also some caramel, grass and malt. Nice long bitter finish. Hides the alcohol well.
