33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and straw. Bitter, grassy and light cornish. Bitter and toasted malty. Bitter and grassy finish.

Golden and clear. Nice stable head. Pleasent Aroma: Mint, grass, herbs. Not bitter enough for a lager, emphasize is on malt. Sweet aftertaste.

Bottle by 16.08.12. Vaguely sweet and malty nose, pours clear yellow with a bright white head. Taste is sweet but bitterer than normal for style, chalky bright malt. Light body, a little metallic, but pretty drinkable.

Bottle looks nice. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest dry, more and more soapy-malty. Modest wheaty. Finish a bit unbalanced, still dry. Not my favourite, but okay.

At the 1st Israeli Beer Exhibition, pours bright yellow with a nice head, aroma of cereals, corn and wheat, flavor of malt, corn, vanilla and metallic tones, medium bodied.

Draught as "Sir Alex", smallish head, clear pale gold colour, light herbal hoppiness with touches of fruit, spice and honey, sweet honey flavour with some toasty malt and a medium bitterness, just a touch too coarse. Quite drinkable but nothing special.

Draught sample at the 1st Israeli Beer Exhibition in Tel Aviv. As "Sir Alex" (???). Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma of slightly husky graininess, a bit of hay and bready notes. A rather grainy flavor with bread and a drier finish. Light-medium-bodied.
