Alex Rolinck- Feines Lagerbier ist die milde Alternative der Rolinck Brauerei. Genau richtig für alle, die etwas anderes als Pils trinken möchten. Ein anderes Geschmackserlebnis, ein anderer Biergenuss. Seinen milden und zugleich typisch vollmundigen Biergeschmack verdankt dieses Premium Bier einem Alkoholgehalt von 4,9%, einer besonders schonenden Hopfung und natürlich dem sorgfältigen Brauen nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot von 1516. Bottle. Moderate hoppy, grass and light citrus, light malty. Large white creamy head, very long lasting. Golden body. Light sweet and flowery flavor, rather short duration. Very dry texture, bitter and a medium body. Quite lively carbonation and a light astringent finish.

At the 1st Israeli Beer Exhibition, pours bright yellow with a nice head, aroma of cereals, corn and wheat, flavor of malt, corn, vanilla and metallic tones, medium bodied.

Draught as "Sir Alex", smallish head, clear pale gold colour, light herbal hoppiness with touches of fruit, spice and honey, sweet honey flavour with some toasty malt and a medium bitterness, just a touch too coarse. Quite drinkable but nothing special.

Draught sample at the 1st Israeli Beer Exhibition in Tel Aviv. As "Sir Alex" (???). Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma of slightly husky graininess, a bit of hay and bready notes. A rather grainy flavor with bread and a drier finish. Light-medium-bodied.

Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, hay - straw, toasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a peppery finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090106]

Nice golden color with a medium foamy- medium lasting- head.Kind of sweet malt nose - same applies to the taste- with a light grassy finish. Decent.
