Backlog. Shared can at Travlr’s DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Lite copper with small white head. Sweet malt with barest hint of floral hops. Not a bad beer, I suppose, but really misses the mark for a pale ale.

Poured clear dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet with citrusy & fruity notes. Taste is grainy with some citrus hops & bready malt notes. Medium-thin body and good carbonation. Clean & crisp finish.

Bottle poured a clear golden amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of bread, citrus and light tropical fruit. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry watery finish. Flavoprs of brea and light citrus with a smooth dry watery finish.

On tap at top of mountain ski lodge in Whistler. Pours clear no head. Not much hop to speak of, but probably better than your average lager...barely. But what the hell, just had it after all morning of skiing and any beer at that moment would have been refreshing.

Pours a clear bronze topped by a finger of short lived fizzy white. It holds a good amount of carbs and rare micro lacing can be seen. The nose is vegetable broth, faint bread and earthy hops. The taste brings those same elements back but the breadiness comes forth at the very end. Medium sharp, low density with an abrupt finish. Cheers!

Poured from can. Has a citrusy hops aroma. Pours a clear pale to golden colour with lots of white head. Light bitter taste. Light to medium body, with oily texture, and lively carbonation. The taste and palate really let it down. With the hoppy aroma you would expect a more bitter taste and some more body.

[6540-20140720] Can. Light grainy leaf aroma. Clear, amber brown body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head and lots of fast big bubbles flowing upwards. Grainy toasted leaf and light seaweed bread flavour. Medium body. Interesting surprise but not sessionable. (6/3/6/3/12) 3.0

Effervescent transparent amber, thin white film, smallest bubbles. High bitterness, papery nose, light orange. Front is straight bitter, empty from high attenuation, paper bitter finish, light toast, heavy oxidation. Nothing badly offensive but errors throughout.
