Grainy, cereal nose with some caramel malts and a smidgen of hops. Sweet fruity caramel malts with some biscuit and slightly bitter hops. Assertive in the carbonation. Standard fare. garthicus (1276), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Came in out of a rain storm to get dry and wanted something different. Aftertaste was too sweet for the modest hop/malt flavors. Unbalanced. albert007 (409), Penobsquis, New Brunswick, Canada
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 17, 2007 Light golden brown, whitish head. Slight candy aroma and a bit of wet cardboard and a hop or 2. Flavor is ok with decent mouthfeel and a crisp finish leaving the candy(honey?) on the tongue. Better than most Keith’s, and at least it’s honest and doesn’t claim fo be something it isnt. ChrisThomson (394), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 27, 2006 On tap at officers’ mess, CFB Gagetown (NB). Nice dark brown body topped with a fair foamy off-white head. Its malty/hoppy aroma is thin and lacks complexity. Taste carries some thin caramel and brown sugar notes. Ends with a short bittersweet finish. For a macro beer, this is decent stuff. destroye7 (304), Melbourne, Australia
