Pour is a bright yellow with a large white head. Aroma is an ok dull malt. Flavor is more of the same a dryh malt with some adjuncts present. I guess this is made by ab here in stl. Nothing good but better than average lager.

bottle - Pours clear yellow-gold, smells of grainy malt, tastes sweet and bland, and is overall just another mediocre beer. It manages to be better than many pale lagers, but that’s faint praise indeed.

Sampled on 3/1/2012. This pale lager pours a fizzy yellow color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized quickly dissipating white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, grainy and sweet. A light to medium bodied Pale Lager. The malts are grainy and cereal. The hops are herbal and spicy. Decent carbonation. Kind of grainy, with some corn and perhaps some rice. There is some residual sweetness at the finish, that’s a little unpleasant. Not totally horrid, but there is not much else here. Hey. I know! Its your typical Euro/Macro Pale Lager! Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

12oz. Bottle: Almost no aroma. Faint grain if anything. Poured amber in color with a small, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Flavor is slightly sweet and slightly bitter. Tastes of malt, grain, and hops. Light to medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, grain, hop finish.

Overall malty, but skunky. Lightly sweet, but a bit of pine and mint as well. Thin finish with barely any hops that is noticeable.

Pours a clear pale yellow with foamy white head. Aroma typical sweet malt corn aroma with tad bit of floral notes. Flavor has bit more mouthfeel than most lagers - tad bit of bready malts and some additional dryness on backend. overall, a decent lager.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Onslow (708) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - JAN 15, 2012
Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Light amber colored beer with a white head. Aroma of caramel malts and light spice. Taste is sweet - light caramel malts att eh start finishing iwht sweet malts and subtle bitter and grass. Light all around, fitting for a lager. Not bad but a little too sweet.
1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 Braudog (4604) - Hampton, Virginia, USA - DEC 11, 2011
Bottle. Pale hay color. No head. The aroma is super sweet -- like a sugar glaze. This drinks with an obtuse maltose sweetness that is ... Well, not very enjoyable to me. I suppose someone might like it. (#4404, 12/11/2011)
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 williamherbert (1065) - Syracuse, New York, USA - NOV 17, 2011
Buttery lager aroma; bready like a Kolsch. Slightly better than your average lager.
Appearance is thick honey yellow-orange. Decent sheet of lace.
The flavor is a touch of honey, some adjunct-laden malts, but a touch of actual barley. Very sweet but not in a bad way.
The palate is slick, and a little light. Doesn’t quite have the body I would love. Better than most macro lagers.

Bottle. Poured clear amber color with a large white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate balanced malt and floral hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium balanced flavor with a mdium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Soft beer.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 wxman (959) - O’Fallon, Illinois, USA - NOV 1, 2011
Halifax? This one was brewed at AB in St Louis, MO. Obviously, Keith’s must have been absorbed by the beer monolith, InBev. Anyway, it pours a deep golden color with a respectable white head that doesn’t fizz away, but diminishes significantly. Aroma is wet cardboard and mown grass. Full flavored, but strange taste of pizza crust, sweet pale malt, a little hop bitterness and a metalic quality. Not a big fan, but this is actually better than a lot of other macros.
