1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 JoeMcPhee (7622) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, - JUL 31, 2012Pale straw colour. The nose is loaded with green apple and malic acid. Really tart and a little bit candyish. Like drinking apple jolly ranchers - and that’s not a compliment. Gak.
1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 Lubiere (8243) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 16, 2013
A pale golden cider with a thick collapsing white head. In aroma, weird chemical apples with mineral gyprock qualities, unpleasant. In mouth, a weird mix of malt and apples, boiled veggies, bad.

Bottle 355 ml
Aroma fresh, frisky, light rather on sweet yet with true feel apple notes.
Appearance bright golden with fine visible carbonation. Minimal top.2+
Flavor and Palate : medium light bodied. I would not call it thin. Golden apple feel with fruity sweetness. Not very dry for cider. Not bad.

Can. Pale green-tinted yellow, fizzy effervescent head that is gone before the empty can hits the recycling bin. Aroma and flavour is fake apple candy, Jolly Rancher-ish. Disgusting. Makes my teeth ache.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 blankboy (5152) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 19, 2012
Can [473ml]. WTF, Keith’s is making a Cider? Maybe start making one good beer first? Pours a bubbly, very pale gold with a small diminishing fizzy white head. Aroma of sweet pears oddly enough, along with sweet apples and sugar -- basically it smells like candy. Flavour’s a bit better, it’s not as sweet and there’s some tart apple but it’s still candy-like. Light to average bodied. This is a mess, it’s much too sweet and more like an apple candy drink then a Cider.

The cider poured a translucent gold colour with a short-lived white head. Aroma was green apples and funk. Mouthfeel was light-bodied and nighly carbonated. Flavour was reminiscent of a light white wine, with a definite apple twist.
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Boutip (3971) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 5, 2012
Bottle: Poured a super pale yellow color cider with a small bubbly head with loads of bubbles – very strong carbonation. Aroma of sweet apple notes with candy-like notes clearly identifiable. Taste is also very artificial with loads of sweet notes of candy and light apple notes. Very light body with aggressive bubbly carbonation. I am not even sure this qualifies as cider as it is closer to soda.

Can, pours a bright yellow, aroma of apple cider, taste is very sweet, not a huge amount of life to this one and it was bit sweet then my liking, overall not bad

July 29 2012. 473ml can pours pale clear pear colour, hardly yellow enough to call straw. Lots of fizz which quickly fizzes out. Poured over ice as suggested on can which makes it even farther removed from beer. Smells faintly sweeter than just apple like honey added? Taste is combination of sweet apples and granny smith; not too much of either. It starts sweet and finishes tart with a slight hint of alcohol. Considering Alexander Keith's can't make good beer, I was impressed with this offering. Crisp clean palate, wet finish; refreshing summer cooler.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Digital_Aura (208) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 20, 2012
473ml can. Pours fizzy, pale straw colored body with short-lived soda fizz head. Immediately bowled over by the scent of apple orchards and particularly the apple blossoms (floral quality). Label says best served over ice... So, that’s how we’re doin this. And I love it! It’s quite refreshing and fizzy! Great palate! Somewhat of a fuzzy film on the tongue but nothing bad. Tastes much better than Strongbow or that ilk. I appreciated the stronger more pronounced apple taste that those others only hint at. This one is sweeter, but not cloying. Yup, the ice actually makes it better! So much better than any of Alexander Keith’s beer offerings.
