Orangey yellow and a bit cloudy, dilute pour, medium head. Lemon banana clove coriander and curaçao might be trying to fight their way through flavors and aroma of muddled extracted malts. Watery. Feels unloving.

Bottle stolen from my former lab’s fridge. Pale golden beer. Slightly hazy with a nose that is mostly wheat with just a touch of lemon. Fairly bland brew. It’s more like an american wheat than any real witbier.

very pale, clear. bad. tasteless. no head retention. wow. at least rickards white was a reasonable knock-off of a wheat beer

Had this on tap fairly fresh, far better than the packaged product. Taps a hazey yellow-gold color with a modest puffy cap which does not last too long. Modest lacing on the glass. Large bubbles, not naturally carbonated. Aroma is very light but free of offensive smells...spices, citrus sweetness some light hop. Profile is surprisingly decent for a commercial effort. Light sweet biscuity start goes dry midway where citrus, spice and hops dry up the palate, finish is dry. This comes off like a light, blandish corporate version of Hoegaarden and if it has a fault it’s that it may be a tad sweet. Still the best of the Canadian commercial witbiers.

Can, LCBO. Pours a straw hazy yellow with an initial huge foamy head that would have got it a 4 but it disappeared really really fast. Sweet lemon aroma- much more artificial than say a Rickard’s White (a fair comparison). Taste is mild lemon and grass - the basics are here but it a very thin and flavourless package. Not as bad as I feared but not any where close to Rickard’s White, which is a barely passable Wit on its own.

473 ml can from garthicus. Nose of wheat, a hint of spice, and a vegtal note. Cloudy yellow with a big yellowish head. Flavor has a light banana note, yeast, and a clove hint. Actually tastes much better than it smells.

This is a poor excuse for a white. Smells bad, tastes bad. There are hints of citrus, I didn’t get any spice. Poor effort by the Keith’s franchise.

Aroma has mild wheat, and spice, hazy yellow, a firm white head. Taste has considerably less wheat and spice than the nose suggested. Light bodied, very little carbonation, uninspired.

Can (500ml). Cloudy light amber-orange, large fluffy lasting white head - looks pretty good, almost a 4. There’s the beginnings of a Wit aroma here, dry coriander and juicy malt, but WTF is that harsh burnt overlay? It’s like a fire in an abandoned cow barn. The taste - weird stuff - like solvent more than beer, fruity, stale solvent; ugh, way worse than the taste. Average, somewhat fizzy mouthfeel, what little "malt" there is fades fast and it’s just a long, ugly harsh linger - ’scuse me, gotta go rinse my mouth with something less nasty, say pickle juice.

wow, does this smell bad. corny, grainy, and next to no orange or citrus what so ever. The flavor is off putting, its all over the place, i can get a bit of spice but still no citrus, just awful stuff, I didn’t even finish the can.
