bottled 30 cl. industrial bok, alcohol sticks out, sweetnees seem to come from chemicals and not from a well-composed flavour. It was my sacrifice on the altair of bok worshipping

Bottle courtesy of Ekstedt shared @ Ekstedts bock-tasting. Pours clear copper with a small off-white head that quickly dissipates while leaving some lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet, metallic, floral and rather subtle with caramel, fudge and hints of grass. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter and metallic with bread, caramel and dried, almost dusty, dark fruits. Mouthfeel is tiny sticky sweet and thin to medium bodied. Finish is sweet, slightly bitter and metallic with mostly caramel.

Matte smaak (in de verte wat drop...) met lekker bittertje, past niet bij een belovend fijn aroma. Niet de beste Bok.

A clear light brown colored beer, with a thick foamy beige head. The aroma of caramel malt, sweet fruits with a little hop. The taste starts gentle. There is caramel sweet with some bitter, getting stronger, with a nice finish. The aftertaste stays for a while caramal with a little bitter.

Clear with no carbonation. Reddish brown colour. Salty peppery smell with hints of cinamon. Actually, it’s more like you can feel the cinamon rather than you can smell it. Very subtle hints of fruitiness. Mouty caramel taste, rather watery with a light bitterness. Fresh salty feel, somewhat weak but nicely refreshing. Well balanced.
