Nice pilsener out of my home country. Naturally brewed, handled with care. It isnít very special but itís just a fresh pilsener with a fine aftertaste. Itís not a beer that you keep drinking on and on though.

Wat zoetig pilsener, wel mineralen. Weinig koolzuur. Eigenlijk niet lekker. Is uit blik en tap beter

Itís a pilsener and has everything you would expect. What makes this one different is itís incredible smoothness. But it remains very tastefull. Very nice pilsener in my opinion.

Helder pilsner, smaak en geur zitten erg in het zoete spectrum . Met graan suiker en gras tonen. Echt een doordrink pils zoals de meeste in nederland, gebrek aan karakter.

50cl blik. Goudgele kleur. Witte schuimkraag. Lichte smaak van... alles.. weinig koolzuur, licht zoetig. Zacht van smaak.

Can @ Hotel Adagio, Caen, France. Pours dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, grass. Flavor is malt, grain, little sugar, light grass. Medium body, lively carbonation. 050814

UPDATED: AUG 12, 2014 One of the best standard beers you can buy in a crate of 24. Beats the bad special beers, loses to the good special beers.

Bottle. Bright and yellow with a decent frothy white head. Not much aroma to speak of--sand? Flavour is light malts, again there is an impression of sand. Itís very cold and Iím drinking it when really anything would do, after a long day cycling, but itís not a good pilsener.

Alfaís pilsener trying to reach the level of a Bohemian urtyp but getting nowhere near, although I would prefer this over most other Dutch standard lagers. Shows an irregular, dense, creamy white foam which slowly dissolves and a pale golden blonde, cristal clear colour; pure but weak aroma of lightly sweetish pilsener malt, raw grains, straw-like hops and minerals (the spring water shining through). Taste clear and light maltiness, clearly mineral-like (the purity of a kind of ímountain streamí effect I appreciate in a good ípilsí comes nearby at times), in the finish dryer, a bit cheesy, with a mild, but spicy, short hop bitterishness. Better than average in my opinion - at least as far as Dutch ípilsí concerns, but I would not consider that a great achievement, all in all.

It is a pilsner thatís much like the standard macro pilsners. It has a slightly more interesting flavor. So not bad if you have to choose between a macro and this one.

Very good and soft taste, the smell is great. The colour is goldclear.
It is one of the best pilseners I have ever tasted. You can taste it is made of spring water.
