COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Since the spring of 1993, the tradition of tenacious brewing has been continued with a new beer – Alfa Lentebok. Like other bock beers, Lentebok is a seasonal beer, and is brewed in limited quantities only. The first hops of the new harvest are used for Alfa Lentebok. It is a real spring beer with a fresh taste. The alcohol percentage is 6.5% by volume. The proper serving temperature is 8/9°C.

Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, molasses, light to moderate yeasty, sugar notes, light alcoholic. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sickly yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100107]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a light orange head. The aroma is sweet fruity especially citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and lighter notes of alcohol and metal, leading to a dry bitter end.

Bottle, 6.5%. Malty aroma, a little cream, then metal. Clear copper colour. Stable tan head. The flavour is quite malty with a feel of anis and a slight hop spiciness. Medium bitterness, slightly rough. OK balanced.
