Clear medium to dark red brown color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is caramel, earth, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

30 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a golden orange glare and a small tan head. Aroma is fruity yeasty with a light caramelish malt note. Sweet malt flavoured, light yeasty/estery fruity. Sweet lingering finish.

A red brown beer with a small disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet caramel with only hints of malt. The body is thin.

Bottle, 2.5%. Subtle sweet aroma. Clear dark brown colour, red shine. Small brown head. The flavour starts off slightly metallic. The flavour is sweet, seems to have a little brown sugar and malt syrup. Thin mouthfeel.

For a low-alc beer, it’s not too bad. Kind of perks you up a bit at lunch and you can still function that afternoon. Of course, we don’t get oud bruin in Canada so that was a one-time thing.
