COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Alfa Hellenic Beer is a lager beer, with 5% alcohol content with it’s authentic Greek name and origin, that make it more familiar to Greeks and non-Greeks around the world. It is refreshing, easy to drink and brings to ones memory the authentic taste of Greece! Alfa’s unique light gold color and rich foam is the ultimate pleasure-maker. It is made of high quality natural ingredients (water, barley malt, hops and yeast) and its packaging is distinctive, with the bottle being a more modern version of the original Alfa bottle.

11.2 Fl. oz. Bottle. Pours a clear goldenish body with some small sediment floaties and a thing fizzy white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, a bit skunked overall weak, almost like a even weaker Heineken. Flavor is much of the same with some decent malty notes and light sweetness. Thin bodied. Not horrible actually.

Pale gold yellow body with a thin white head. A strong veggie nose of celery and carrots. There is also a note of earhy potatoes and white bread. The taste is celery with a black pepper note at the finish. There is also a copper hint. A little strong in the vegetable notes.

Stereotypical lager taste with little to no flavor, more like chewing on some hay.

Can. Clear golden body. High fluffy lasting white head. Aroma: A joke, hardly existing. Weak watery malt flavor. Low carbonation short aftertaste. Get your tick and forget it!

12oz bottle. At a greek restaurant so decided to get something greek. Wasn’t expecting much and didn’t get much. Typical mass produced lager taste.

Hazy blond color. Hay and paper aroma, quite smooth mouthfeel, but poor flavor of mass Lager, correctly bitter tough.

can, 0,33l. can, 0.33l. I had this beer quite often during holidays in Greece, but haven’t tasted it for donkeys years. So I was particularly glad to find a can on ebay. Clear golden colour with a mid-sized head. Malty with hoppy accents and hints of cardboard.

I don’t really know what to say about this beer. I ’ve tried hard to understand the diference between this beer and a glass of water. Where do i go wrong and God punishes me??
