[ Trade by Fin&Loz ]. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, roasted, light cereal. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, light roasted and metalic. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. A black beer with a brown head. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted bread, caramel and an OK bitter end. The body is thin.

33 cL can. Pours deep brown with a huge chocolate brown head. Slight earthy aroma, some notes of roasted malt. Flavour is slight breadish to caramel malty, but not really sweet. Some bitterness breaks the malt flavours before the finish. Sadly the finish holds a cardboardish note which breaks the otherwise nice flavour experience.

(Bottle 33 cl) Very dark brown with a reddish hue and a creamy, beige head leaving laces. Aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied with roasted malt, but nothing burned here. Dry as a bone, no sweetness at all to be detected. Dry, light bitter finish. 140107

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep rubyish amber colour with a mediumsized brown head, that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is dark dry fruits, some sweet malts as well as nuts and some ashes. Flavour is mild roasted malts, some dark dry fruits, mild nuttyness as well as some ashes and mild sugary notes. Gets a bit metallic as it warms up.

Bottled. Near black, brief small head. Light coffee aroma with an abundance of cereals to go with it. Sweet and roasty with medium body, notes of cardboard and fizzy mouthfeel. Salty finish. Salty, raw and fairly unrefined.

Bottled. Clear red brown coloured with a beige head. Aroma of malts and caramel with notes of butter. Flavour of malts, corn and caramel. Hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours dark brown with a small off white head. Paperbag, metal and grain. A bit of syrup. Thin body.

Black color, very rare in Spain. Sweet malt aroma, and light cereals. Common taste, boring, a touch of bitter caramel is the only difference between this one and a blond beer. Long bitter finish.

Bottle, 5.4%. Strangely vinous aroma. Almost black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is roasted and dry. Quite clean.
