Nice European style lager. Refreshing. Dish soapy aroma. Clean taste, little fruity. Clean finish, very light hop. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Garrafa 300ml. Bela e apresentável embalagem, digna de colecionador. Ótima aparência, loura clara e a espuma se mantém. Sabor de cereais. Ótima breja!

[330ml bottle from Tescos Reading] Deep gold with a billowing white head and a moderate fizz. Quite sweet, with caramel up front, followed by hints of lemon and grass. Hops are restrained, which is no bad thing as I’m no fan of lager hops. Malt grows to dominate the beer. For a lager, and a big brewery one at that, this isn’t bad - certainly far better than expected.

33cl bottle from Budgens Islington drunk at Shitty Beer Night 2013. Appearance - Pale gold clear, lasting white head. 3/5 Aroma - Cabbage, wet newspaper and lemon.2/5 Flavour - shocking really. I mean there is some harsh alcohol. some lemon, some lime even, but always lurking there is the taste of wet newspaper. Hmmm 4/10 Palate - ok carbonation after leaving it for a bit 3/5 Overall - well did I enjoy this more than the Mahou and the Dixie? No not really. so it gets the same score 2.2/5.

Taste like a grolsh copy - nothing bad but nothing special. Ok but priced as a premium beer

Prescindible

Bottled (again lovely bottle, with no label all glass label, described as a masterpiece though which is pushing it) - pillowy white forth forms an impressive head, aromas of damp hobs. Dark but clear amber gold, with a constant and strong carbonation bubbles rising through it. Really nice taste and for such a lager it has quite a lengthy palate.
