3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Fancy green embossed 33cl bottle: poured @ home into a Duvel glass on 16 Nov 2012. Looked fine, in fact it looked good, a nice clear, clean, light amber body waith a full white head (at first).
The aroma was of malts and nuts, with a mini yeast presence in the smell as well.
The taste was more malts than hops with the alcohol content also being detectable in the mouth feel. Fairly thin for a ’super lager’ and I’m sure three 33cl bottles would give almost anyone a hangover, even so I quite enjoyed the thing.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light copper beer with a thick foamy bright white head--a little darker than a typical pilsener. Nose is mild with some light funk, a bit of soap, and a touch of sweetness, but you need to search for all of it. Flavor is rather sweet with some corn syrup and white sugar giving way to a mild bitterness on the finish. It doesn’t have the wet cardboard taste of some beers in this style, but really is overwhelmingly sweet. Decent, not great.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
So many miserly reviews of this... in context it’s a lovely lager which balances a honeyed maltiness with a nice saline tang. Medium carbonation. Very little hop aroma or bitterness but that’s not what most people are looking for in a strong Spanish lager.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Copenhagen 7/2 2015. 33 cl bottle from SuperBest. Rather strange green bottle by the way. Pours clear gold with quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is malty with a little saltiness. Medium carbonation. Taste is sweetish with hints of metallic alcohol and bitter aftertaste. In the better end of Spanish Beers.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Beers of Europe.
Pours gold with single finger head. Aroma a bit skunky, possible grass and fruityness. Taste of light malt, grass then light fruity, grenadine almost. A bit grainy too. not bad, not great.

Its a good beer compared with spanish standard industrial lagers. It was tasted in Granada with some tapas, good combination.
