COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewing using a natural and exclusive process prevents the formation of alcohol without any loss in flavour. A mild, bitter taste to the palate, with a good and consistent head. It is not an alcohol-free beer. It’s a beer low in alcohol.

Clear light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, cereal, vegetables, cardboard. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20111208]

Can. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of cardboard and brewing cereal. The flavor is sweet with notes of both brewing cereal and malt, leading to a dry cardboard finish. The body is no wonder thin.
