COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a collaboration between All In Brewing and Brouwerij De Molen. A rich Swedish whisky oak aged imperial stout that we brewed with some sweet and salty liquorice. Drink it today or in a couple of years. Do not fear the dark side!

Bottle. Opaque black beer with a brown head. Aroma is malty with notes of caramel, soy sauce, molasses, chocolate and earth. Flavor is caramel, chocolate, molasses, vanilla and alcohol. Decent RIS but still needs to mature.

12oz bottle via Secret Santa Winter 2013/14. Looked like motor oil out of the bottle, very thick, opaque, jet black with just wisps of beige head. Nose has a ton of molasses and licorice, chewy toffee, some coffee bean, some malt, some toast, hints of booze, dried fruits too. Flavor follows, big thick sweet molasses, some booze, vanilla, brown sugar, a little toasted coconut, raisin, licorice. Thick, syrupy finish but certainly not cloying.

330 ml bottle courtesy of Alex. Thanks. Pours an opaque black color with a small brown head that has fair retention. The aroma features dark chocolates, anise and woody vanilla. The taste is really quite bitter with bitter dark baking chocolates and bitter black walnuts in the forefront, filling in the sides and back is vanilla and licorice. The palate is full and smooth with soft carbonation. Finishes long and bitter. Overall; One of the more bitter RIS iv’e tasted recently, its quite good if you like that sort of thing--and I do.

The smell of whiskey barrels are quite evident. A heavy and very strong taste of coffee, dark chocolate, licorice and light sweetness makes me shudder. The aftertaste has a good bitterness with deleted with most roasted coffee beans which never runs out of the back of the mouth. This beer I recommend highly! @Basunen: ganska len doft men smaken var fyllig med tydlig torr kaffe. Fine brända toner. Lång eftersmak. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone ---- Soberness not garanteed!
