Draught at Stearing, Göteborg. Hazy golden colour with average-sized foam. Huge hop aroma with apricot and pineapple up front followed up with gentle Italian herbs and snus. Mouthfeel is smooth and the hop character is really, really good. Freshness plays a big role here. The hop profile in flavour is somewhat fantastic. Rich, intense, yummy without being too much, wihere it otherwise would get harsh and papery bitter/dry. Malt profile is there, yet light. Bitterness is medium to high. This is a classic West Coast IPA with really good balance. There are 2 reasons for this: freshness and a solid recipe. Cheers!

Tropical fruits bonanza, fruity as can be, very appealing, grapefruit, resin, citric, pineapple, mango, tangerine, bready malts, ABV well integrated. Slightly hazy amber colour, medium white head, lacing. Big bite, mid-sweet, fruity and dangerously easy to drink! Medium body, average carbonation, bitter finish. Very nice!

From my backlog. Shared with andregoncalves. Golden colour with a white head, medium lasting and mild lacework. Aroma has notes of malts, slightly sweet with notes of fresh grass and hay. Light maltiness in the flavor with mild bitterness, slightly sweet notes at the bginnning and moderate bitterness in the final.

On tap at Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell 24th Jan 14. Whilst wallowing in the luxury of choice at craft beer co, I started to worry about my appetite to keep trying new beers when most disappoint, particularly at a point where the bigger breweries are rebranding a load of their existing stuff. Then I had a half of this. It was magical. Light and cloudy west coast single IPA with a great citrussy aroma (I got pink grapefruit). Fruity and hoppy taste backed up with a well balanced bitter lingering finish. Maintains a brilliant lightness throughout which belies the strong ABV. One to savour.

On tap @ Kick mat & Malt. Unclear golden body with a small, dense off-white head. Strong fruity aroma dominated by grapefruit. Flavor has a nice balance between sweet caramel malt, good bitterness and refreshing citric fruit and some pine. Medium body and bitter aftertaste. Another nice and well made IPA.

Keg Half Pint at Craft Beer Co, Clapham, London in Dec 2013 - Cloudy Orangey Amber in colour. Very Fruity; bitter grapefruit citrus, oranges, peaches. Very Hoppy; piney resinous hops. Malty backbone. Bitter sweet hoppy citrus fruity throughout, leading to a dry hoppy finish. Liked this. Nice IPA!

Craft Clapham. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is airy light and crispy. Light malt cream. Light orange and orange peel. Nice touches of tropical fruits and floralness. Whisper of hop skunk. Semi dry finish. Well joined up and very drinkable.

Keg at CBC Clapham. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The nose is sherbet, candy, plenty of fresh citrus, Double Dip, wood and juicy tangerine. The taste is crisp, orange, tangerine peel, dry wood, warming alcohol, sherbet, straw, hay and decent bitterness with a very dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smells rather great and doesn’t taste bad either. Nice.
