I gave my girlfriend a sip of this and
she pronounced it ’stankwater’. I
wouldn’t go that far but I think you
can see where this is going. This was
really rather bitter, and frankly that
kind of strong hop bitterness is really
out of place in a Belgian ale. Even forgetting
what it was supposed to be, I didn’t really
like it. Unbalanced with no redeeming qualities.
Copperish color not indicative of a Blond ale.

Mostly light and inoffensive aroma. Fair taste finishing with a little tartness in a bad way. Not a great beer.

Smmoth on the palate and very refreshing. Some sediment. I didn't find it as bitter as some raters. Nice finish. Good beer overall.

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2003 Light salty pretzel aroma. Nice large bubble head. Medium brown in color with more suspended floaters (yeast) than I have ever seen in a beer. Spice up front in the taste but falls off sharpley in the finish. Good but not great.

Easy to drink and enjoyable. It is a good belgian ale, but there are a lot more better ones out there.

My bottle was labeled "All Saints Belgian Golden Ale": I presume we’re talking about the same beer, but clearly I liked this a *lot* better than any other rater so far.

BNot that good. I would not call this a blond by any strech of the imagination. It does have a nice sour note but overall, rather underwhelming. I will celler it anyway and hop for some improvement.
