Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops and smoke. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, smoke, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Draught. Low fluffy white lasting head. Hazy light yellow body. Dusty hay grass smoke aroma. Apple pear peach lemon smoke flavor very well balanced. Alcohol nicely subdued. Low carbonation. Low bitterness. Short sweet finish.

Tap at Milltown, Allabash event. Pours straw golden with thin white head, light lace. Nose is campfire, light ham, light Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar, with the added smoke flavor, this tripel drink much lighter than it is but also has a thinner mouthfeel and body. Okay, but not sure if its worth revisiting for the price.

200ml served rather chilled from tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Remaining low, white head. Unclear golden body. Smoked malts up front to the nose with fruity notes beneath. A quite successfully blended taste of fruits, honey sweetness and smoke. Bittersweet ending, long lived. Well bodied with the alcohol well hidden. Pleasing stuff (Copenhagen, 22.03.2013).

Fad: Strågul let diset øl med et tydeligt røgindslag ovenpå den klassiske trippelduft. Fungerer upåklageligt. Smagen er igen let røget men med al drikbarheden fra en god trippel. Klart den mest overraskende og gode øl for aftenen.

Sampled at EBF. Pours a deep dark gold with some creamy, white head. A little smoked fish in the nose, briney, malt, grass, camp fire. Tastes like wood shavings and lox, malt, grass, camp fire. Full, dry finish.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt and a bit of smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and hints of smoke, leading to a dry finish. Not enough smoke for my liking.

Draught at Mikkeller & Friends Opening Day. Clear golden - white head. Hay. Honey. Light smokey. Sweetness. Grassy. Green. Yeasty notes. Some phenolic. Dry malty. Thin malty. A bit plain.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar Stefansgade. Hazy golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet and smoked aroma of caramel and spices. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, smoke and hops. Smoked finish.
