Strawberry pour with sudsy pink head. Woody Brett on the nose coupled with strawberries, hops, oak, and a distinct barnyard quality. The alcohol is masked very well especially for this being 10% abv. Very dry, bitter, sour finish without much of an alcohol burn.

On tap at churchill’s anniversary poured a mellow reddish amber. Smells of Brett, sour funk, red fruits, and bread. Tastes a nice sour up front with some tart red fruits and finishes with a slight wheat flavor. Pretty good sour but over hyped in my eyes.
