Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy straw-lemon yellow color with a medium creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of bread, yeast, nutty notes, caramel and citrus. The taste is bready and citrusy with some leafy hops and a mildly tart finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Serving: draft at Fireworks. Pours a hazy gold with a small but smooth white head. The nose is spritzy with notes of lemon, yeast, and cider. The flavor has a good bit oak, slight tartness, lemon zest, earthy yeast, and slightly herbal hops. Very dry on back with a slight white wine note lingering. Apretty solid brew and very refreshing.

On tap at Allagash tasting at Stags head. Its a pretty yellow with some frothy white head. taste is of vanilla, slight citrus, a little spice. reminds me of a tripel but just not quite. very refreshing summer beer if you can find it

Draught at Churchkey. Great Belgian dough and spice notes, very light and amazingly refreshing considering the ABV. Very very well done.

Had this during the Backwoods Brewdown up at Hill Farmstead. Pours a hazed gold with a huge white head. Big fuzzy musk, light citrus. Medium bodied, musky wheat. Crisp musk. Very tasty.

On tap at Rattle’n’Hum Allagash event. A light, sweet Belgian that tastes pretty close to a strong wit. Astringent too, with some malted wheat flavor. Surprisingly high ABV. Pleasant springlike aroma and a sweet finish.

Draft at the Three Penny Taproom - Poured a golden yellow in color with a medium white head that left some nice lacing. Aroma is malty and slight sweet with plenty of fruits (peach/apricot) and spices (coriander). Flavor is yeasty with fruits and light citrus. Other raters have referenced its similarity to the Allagash tripel... I agree. Good beer...
