A little brettanonyces kick along with a variety of hop and malt flavors that all blended together very well to create an overall exceptional experience.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 mickash (12) - - MAR 31, 2013
I love Allagash beers - so have to say was really disappointed with this. Pours nicely, but the aroma was so Brett heavy it just overpowered everything else - think band aids, medicinal....the tastes of banana and honey tried to break through but just couldn’t. To be fair, it may just be my dislike of Brett....
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 maxwelldeux (2222) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - MAR 23, 2013
Draught in a sampler glass. Pours a hazy golden color with a moderate amount of a white head. Nose is a little sweet from the yeast, but some sour tones underneath. Taste is a little sweet. OK.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Rrauth (637) - North Carolina, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Draft. Brett heavy aroma. Not as heavy with Brett as the smell gives off. Hazy pee yellow with great lacing. Not as funky as I feared.

Clear very light straw colored with a fluffy white head with good lacing. Yeasty Belgian esque aroma lemongrass white pepper reminiscent of orval. Fluffy well carbonnated palate. Easy to drink flavor follows as expected the aroma a touch of bread in it finishes dry. Easy to drink and enjoy.
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Slubgob (97) - West Hartford, USA - MAR 8, 2013
Golden a bit darker than a typical lager. Sweet aroma that carries through in the mouth with a bit drier spicy more almost like a rye whisky. Finishes smooth with just a touch of hops. A blend of a farmer house and standard ale. Good saison style. Picks up grassy, less virus and spice notes as it continues.
