Bottle at Mondiale ’07 Carbonation is very soft. lots of subtle fruit aromas and flavours. Also quite a bit of spice in the flavour, the oak really comes through, the aging really added another dimension to the beer, but i’m not sure i’m a big fan of this new dimension Overall a very nice tripel with a nice dry bitter finish.

Bu au Mondial 07. Blonde blanchie peu brumeuse, pas de collet. Arome de blé agrumeuse zesté. Goût de malte crèmeuse et épicé, finission réchaufante.

Robe blonde paille voilée surmontée d’une mousse blanche qui s’estompe. Arômes de chêne. Saveurs de sucre, de chêne, de malt caramélisé, de blé et de levures.

Bottle. Small white lastiing head. Clear thin lasting amber body. Fruity aroma with notes of lemon. Porwerful dry barley malt flavor with peaches and a good deal of bitterness Low carbonation. Long dry bitter aftertaste.

Bottle. Amberish colour. Malty and fruity aroma with wood and alcohol. The flavour is rather soft, sweet and alcoholic with a good maltiness, fruits, wood and yeast. Una chella buenísima!

Beautiful deep a little dark golden body with a beautiful white head; Beautiful big nose, the barrel touch is very present and makes it almost apple like; Huge soft carbonation in soft textured balanced body; The Jim Beam touch steeps out in the finish that is a little to alcoholic sharp with lots of Bourbon like wooden aromas.

Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear yellow / light amber color with a small fizzy fair lacing mostly diminshing off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruit, toffee, oak whisky, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very smooth.

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage 2007. Clear yellow - white head. Fruity, apple, pear, pepper, yeasty, oak, light bourbon, sweetness, nice hoppy. Very smooth.
