Beautiful deep a little dark golden body with a beautiful white head; Beautiful big nose, the barrel touch is very present and makes it almost apple like; Huge soft carbonation in soft textured balanced body; The Jim Beam touch steeps out in the finish that is a little to alcoholic sharp with lots of Bourbon like wooden aromas.

Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Clear yellow / light amber color with a small fizzy fair lacing mostly diminshing off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruit, toffee, oak whisky, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very smooth.

The smell of bourbon was fairly strong. This beer was something very rare. It was velvety smooth, warming, and hinted of the barrels it lived in. I was very thankful that my friend decided to share it with me.

Strong oak aroma. Bourbon and malts are also noticeable. Clear dark golden color with a small white head that dissipates. Taste is malty with a strong sweet smooth oak finish.

Pours a hazy deep gold with minimal head and modest lacing. Alcohol, vanilla, mango, and papaya to the nose. Taste is well balanced with malt, hops, and tropical fruit flavors melding together with the noticeable alcohol content. Great mouthfeel, very smooth and well carbonated.

Orange appearance with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of malt, fruit, zesty spice, and a little alcohol. Flavors of light fruit, sweet malt, a hint of caramel, pepper, and some oak. Pretty good, but nothing amazing.

Tap at Andy’s Corner Bar. Very interesting beer. Golden, slightly cloudy with a negliginle head. There’s more than a hint of bourbon to it. It’s difficult to describe it because it is a truly unique flavor. It hits our tongue sour, but it is simultaneously sweet throughout.
