Pours a Orangish gold, super thin head. The nose hits you with a cidery/woody thing going on Some grapes and alcohol. Alcohol, lemon, yeast, sweetness, burbon, grape skins. The burbon is really well balanced. This stuff rocks. Really smooth body.

Bottled. Pale golden color. White head, noticeable lacing. Aroma is surprisingly sour with an oaky character. Flavor is banana, clove, vanilla oaky quality really shines through. Awesome beer.

Draft. Hazy yellow. Big vanilla notes and bourbon with spice and oak. Rich alcohol on the finish. A very complex tripel with a lot of barrel character. First time I've had this on tap. Wow! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Low on flavour, sticky sugars, alcohol, vanilla, light wood. Medium body, oily texture, medium carbonation, medium sweet and bitter. At bit watery and uninteresting despite the barrel ageing. The finish is hot and raw.

Belgian fruity aroma. Surprised to get the vanilla taste in such a light beer. It's really good.
