Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit - especially peaches. The falvor is sweet mlaty with fruity notes of peaches, citrysy notes of hops as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #29: Pours hazy yellow to orange with fully diminished white head. Lime to citrusy hops aroma. Flavour is light caramel malt nicely blended with a delicate citrusy hoppy flavour. Light yeasty touch into the finish followed by a nice lingering hops finish.

Cloudy golden-orange colour. The aroma is herbal, spicy (mint, chamomile, cinnamon) and toasty with breadcrusty malts and rye. Huge herbal character - must be the yarrow - with lots of chewy rye, full maltiness. Big and rounded with a peppery finish. Very unique, well-balanced brew with accents of both Belgium and gruit. Impressive effort, muddled only by a slighlty overt yeastiness.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, black pepper, corn starch paste, sour dough, some dried basil, and other herbs/floral notes (mostly what I expect is yarrow). Flavor of citrus, light floral (yarrow?), butterscotch, yeasty, and some dried tangerine.
