Dammit... I thought I’d be the first to enter this... ah well. Deep cloudy golden yellow beer. Aroma of coriander, soft lemon peel, orange citrus and a nice yeasty spiciness. Light and floral and quite aromatic. A little bit peppery and fruity with a kiss of ginger. Light wheatiness with loads of coriander but it never gets soapy at all. There is a lightly anaesthetic quality to the beer, that is quite interesting. Good balance, wheaty and spicy with a linger orange/lemony tartness. Quite yeasty and full-bodied but with a lovely intriguing herbal quality that is quite nice. Much better than the first iteration of Fluxus.

Draught @ GLB Portland ME. This is a pumped up version of Allagash White that is beautiful. Ginger in spice in the nose follow through in the mid palette. The beer was brilliant and clouded with a slightly amber hue not seen in the white. Full bodied and wonderful to sip on. WOuld pair really well with clean fruity slow food or spicy ginger based asian dishes.
