COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden Brett is a dark golden colored beer, brewed with Victory, 2-Row and Red Wheat malt. It was lightly hopped with a blend of Northern Brewer and Simcoe hops. The beer started it’s primary fermentation in a stainless tank and finished fermentation in a 800 gallon oak foudre. The finished beer has fruity nose and flavors of citrus, apricot and bread crust. The mild tartness of the beer gives way to a long, clean finish.

375 c&c from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma suggests lemon Brett. Med body or so. Flavor is tart, Brett, citrus and/or light stone fruits. Peach comes to mind. The flavors are decently strong, and it is quite delicious. Really good.

375ml bottle pours clear golden with a white head that takes up 90% of the glass. Bretty oaky aroma with white grape, pineapple, apricot, and lemon. Dry, crisp flavor, sharp and tight with dry white wine and lemon and a medium tart finish. Medium-bodied and exceedingly crisp. High carbonation. A well crafted offering.

Beautiful like walking though a fragrant white grape vinard. Super murky hazy gold. Smooth tart straw light fruit crab apple flavor. Great dryness.

Meyer lemon, starfruit, pineapple nose, diverse, but not strong. Clear golden, thick head, some lacing. Grapefruit, meyer lemon. Cobweb funk and white grape finish. Light body, soft. Fantastic and very well rounded.

375 ml corked and caged bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting off white head. Aromas of straw, fruitiness, lemon zest, yeast and light barnyard funk. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of straw, fruitiness, yeast and light citrus with a smooth dry lightly tart finish.

Superbe.
