COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden Brett is a dark golden colored beer, brewed with Victory, 2-Row and Red Wheat malt. It was lightly hopped with a blend of Northern Brewer and Simcoe hops. The beer started it’s primary fermentation in a stainless tank and finished fermentation in a 800 gallon oak foudre. The finished beer has fruity nose and flavors of citrus, apricot and bread crust. The mild tartness of the beer gives way to a long, clean finish.

Bottle. Hazy bright yellow. Aroma is sweet citrusy yeast with some funk. The taste adds grassy floral notes and tangerine. Spritzy carb, with a dry crisp bitter feel that builds. Awesome. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, March 2014... Lukaduke! Let this one sit a bit and glad we did, it seems to be drinking very well right now. Pours a rustic gold with sticky white head. Fruity hops, tropical brett, pineapple, funk, earthiness, oak on the nose. Taste is killer brett ferment -- fruit over funk with nice hops and solid complexity. Lightly tart but not the immediate note here. Fruity and as dry as a 7.2% beer gets. Drinks with lots of life and a long brett finish. I bet this one will be interesting at various stages of its evolution and I regret that I have but one life to give for my country!
