Golden Brett is a dark golden colored beer, brewed with Victory, 2-Row and Red Wheat malt. It was lightly hopped with a blend of Northern Brewer and Simcoe hops. The beer started it’s primary fermentation in a stainless tank and finished fermentation in a 800 gallon oak foudre. The finished beer has fruity nose and flavors of citrus, apricot and bread crust. The mild tartness of the beer gives way to a long, clean finish.

Draft at Sam’s Quik Shop. Pours a hazy dark golden with a white thick head. Nose is brett, bread, fruity, with hints of peaches, lemons, and some floral notes, even chamomile. Slight funk and a nice tart acetic kick, but still so very drinkable. Could drink it all day.

Taste is orange pith, grapefruit, apricot, clemetine, red apple, earthy grains, dry dusty wood. Finish is dry crisp citrus funk, lingering cereal grain, bready orange. Excellent!

Draft at Beer Run. Pours a hazy orange-amber color with a large frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of heavy brett… basement, horseblanket, lots of funk. Some mile fruitiness. The taste is pale malts, earth, vegetal notes, candied citrus and a funky brett finish. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering funkiness. Awesome beer.

Keg @ Beer Run. Gold with a small head. The nose is melon and pear fruit salad. Moderately bretty tang. The taste is strongly influenced by brett. Dry countryside grass. Marshmallow, barnyard funk. Apples. Musty pollen. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice, delicate, nuanced.

Tap at barcade, pours hazy golden with light head and not much lacing or head at all. Aromas and flavor of peachy brett, wood, lemons, oak, white wine and vanilla. Medium body with light carbonation. Nicely done just needed a bit more funk and body.

Draught at Breukelen Bier Merchants. Pours light hazy golden with no head or lace. Almost still. Aroma is big apple and light funk. Flavor is sweet juicy citrus, apricot, light funk, herbal and long clean bitter finish. Feel is watery, cool, lightly astringent, and more lively than it looks. Really good, refreshing, easy.

Pale golden orange pour with a thin off white head and very light lacing ....aroma of apricot, zesty lemon, spicy pepper and funky brett .... taste is of sweet apricots, zesty lemon, funky tart brett, a little peppery with a sweet caramel malt backbone ...... slight wheaty/cereal grainy mouthfeel to it with a slight dry oak and bitter hop as well .... decent stuff

On tap at the Local Option : Pour is fairly clear golden with a frothy white head in this glass - it retains fairly well, with some sticky lace present ; the nose is juicy fruit, apricot, bready malts - the flavor profile has an insane juicy fruit / apricot pit / musty brett thing going on along with some tropical notes present - its soft initial, mild brett, little to no sour, but this thing came out as one of the most unique brews ive ever had so far - bravo
