Dec 4, 2006 Vintage 2006. A hazy orange-amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of both citrus and metal, from the alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty, but also with a hint of acidity, under the notes of citrus and wood. The acidity gets more pronounced towards the end.

Dec 19, 2007 Bottled (2007 vintage). Hazy amber, lively head. Light woody, vinous, yeasty nose. Medium sweret with sparkling, vital mouthfeel. Fruity with underlying caramelly malt. Vinous with evident yeast character, some red berries. Complex and elegant like a good champagne.

Dec 7, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Hazy, amber golden with an off-white head leaving some laces. Lightly tart and orangey aroma with a piquant touch of Brett. Medium body with lightly sweet and fruity notes and a discreet and enticing acidity. Quite refreshing. 011206

Jun 11, 2006 Vibrant copper-amber colour, with haze. Nice woody, bretty smell to it. Big, fruity, woody, toasty character. Complex with late alcohol to round things out. Interesting brew. Sorry about the notes, I was enjoying it more than studying it. Some beers are just like that.
