UPDATED: SEP 21, 2011 A hazed amber ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. In aroma, smooth Brett with light caramel malt, fruity esters, very nice. In mouth, a sour puckering and astringent malt with corky note, raspy, a bit like Sam Kinison, loud and brash. On tap at Belgian Beer Fest, Sept 10 2011.

Tap @ Belgian Beer Fest 2011. Nose is floral with lemon, berries, acid & wood. Flavor is lemon, berry, quite floral - imagine a field of flowers, with wood & pith character. Nice sweetness comes out in the finish with slight balsamic.
