Commercial Description:
Late this year we plan to release a second beer in the Barrel Aged series... a dark, 10% wheat beer. We have been aging a portion of the beer in New American Medium Toast Oak, and a portion in Stainless steel. We will then blend the beers to taste, and bottle condition. The beer will have spent over 6 months aging in the oak and steel at the brewery!

A red-brown beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet fruity combined with some notes of pine needles and hints of smoke, while the flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruit, caramel, and alcohol. Nice.

Chestnut brown, slight haze. Thin caramel head. Oaky, toasty and chewy, with rich dark fruit notes. There’s a slightly smokey, chocolate note in there. Soft, smokey, chocolatey body with some woody dryness and alcoholic firmness. Complex, distinctive.
