Draft at Barcade JC, 8/25/15. The aroma ideas pretty much all brett and tropical hops. Flavor is clean and yeasty, brett is dominant, but not overpowering. Mosaic hops cover through. Tropical sweetness with a nicer, dry finish. Clean, easy drinking feel. Light orange in color. Small white head and light lacing. There’s nothing not to like here.

Draft at Monks. Slightly hazy gold pour. Fizzy/foamy white head. Big spike of Brett. Mildly funky and tart. Bright amber fruit. Meyer lemons. White peaches. Clementines. Apricot pits. Sour grapes. Kiwi. Watermelon rind. Green tomatoes. Kaffir lime leaves. Astringent oak tannins. Very dry finish. Sharp and refreshing.

Tap at clark street ale house in Chicago. Gold with thick white head. Fruity spicy aroma. Dry spicy and peppery. Something slightly off. Cloying. A little weird. Was hoping for better. Maybe it was because it was end of keg.

Had this as part of a draft flight at Jerrys in Andersonville. Yellow with white foamy head. Another dry one. Lemon aroma and taste dominates. Has a little soapy taste also. Just ok

On tap at The Hop. Pours a clear gold with a medium sized white head. Melon and papaya on the nose, tropical fruit over musky brett. Medium bodied, light funk and tartness. Dries out nicely, brett and more tropical fruit. Absolutely lovely.

On tap at the Thirsty Monk, Asheville. Yellow, with a big fluffy head. Like a really big head. Took a long time to pour, actually. Smells funky, flowery and perfumey. Pretty funky flavors, too. Pretty darn funky flavors, too. Gets more aromatic as it warms.

Pours cloudy yellow with low white head. Aroma of funk, light brett, citrus and hints of elderflower. Taste is medium tarty and fruit sweet with a light funk sour finish. Light, smooth body with soft to average carbonation.

30 May 2015, tap at Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Festival. Light yellow, clear, steady bubbles. Nose is public bathroom clearer and funky barnyard, which isn't as bad as it sounds. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Funky bRnyard and lemon pith. Nice. Interesting. Brett isn't tart and isn't dominant.

On tap at Novare Res, Portland, Maine. An almost clear one, pale golden in color and with a small white head. The aroma is very peachy and grapefruit, with a touch of pale malts. There’s a pleasant bitterness in the flavor, it’s dry, soft and medium bodied, with peaches and grapefruit flavors. Lasting fruity finish. Superbly easy drinkable this one, quenching and tasteful. 150609
