Draft. Golden hazy pour with white head. Nice tart aromas, some citrus forward hop aromas. Brett flavor dominates light beer with some hop tones. Awesome Brett crushable beer.

i sure hope this ends up at 99 or 100 with more reviews. Maybe a personal preference, but I love the hoppy funky brews, and they just flat out nailed this one. On tap at Capitol Beer in Sac. Fruity tropical Mosaic hops and a s---ton of brett play off each other in the best ways. The 4.5% keeps it sessionable yet complex, super tasty and even refreshing. Probable best ever from Allagash for me.

marcus (6773) - Sacramento, California, USA - NOV 7, 2014
On tap at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours cloudy blonde with a pretty white head and a sourish light malt aroma. There is a moderately sour brett-induced light malt flavor with an earthy mosaic finish.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is mildly sour, maybe a bit earthy. Med minus body. Flavor is light brett, earthy, tending to phenolic, and then going quickly to pretty strong phenolic. Finishes quite, well, quite. Good drink, but flavors might make for a tough session.

Draft, from notes. Hazy golden color, medium white head. Nice aroma of pineapple and citrus bubblegum, rising bread dough. Taste is bready, funky citrus. Nice.

4 oz draft pour at B Side into a wine glass on 10/21/2014. Listed as Saison Brett at 4.5% ABV. Couldn’t really find any information on a "Saison Brett" from Allagash so I assume this is the correct entry. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of Brett, tropical fruit, light funk. Tastes of Brett, citrus, funk, floral and bitter notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium-light carbonation. Pretty nice.

On tap at the brickstore. Tropical aroma and flavor followed up with a pungent and astringent finish fro some wild ass yeast. Interesting combo and love the hops. The yeast kicks it put pretty quick though and dominates the rest of the flavor. For the alcohol though this has a lot of character.

Draught @ Allagash: This one pours a very cloudy, light golden color. There was a small white head on it. Nice nose, with a bit of citrus to it. Some, but little of the Brett. Maybe some tropical fruit also. The taste is very good. Citrus, slight touch of the brett tartness. Medium to lighter bodied. Nice.

Draft at Three Penny Taproom - Montpelier, VT. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Big funk in here, some diapers, light straw, faint dough. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with lightly creamy pale bread, lasting manure, light grass, poo, horse stables, saddle leather. Not bad.

Very cloudy pale blonde pour with two fingers of white head. Very nice aroma, citrus and fruit skins with tropical notes and peppery brett and funk. Very dry and peppery with a slightly medicinal character. Very dry.
