Bottle at Mes Tasting. Clear gold pour, no head. Some honney malts and sour notes. Interesting flavor, detectable hops, light tartness, mild sweetness, faint bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Earhty, lightly tart finish, only minimal sweetness. Good. They tell me this lambic is young.

Unclear light medium yellow orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, sour, tart, sour grape - apple, moderate malty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and acidic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, malt, and lacto acid. The flavor is soiur with notes of lacto acid and malt, leading to a tart finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

Bottle at Yespr - Thanks. Clear amber - white edges. Wooden, high wooden, light sourness, acid notes, light cheese, fruity, sweet notes, gooseberries, barnyard, bretty. Lovely.

Botlle @ Nacht van der Groote Dorst. Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sour aroma with sour apples and wood. Flavour had sour apples, brett and hints of lacto. Finished sourish and dry.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Lots of dirty barnyard and poo in the nose. Light body, hardly any carbonation, dry and sulphurous with loads of barnyard. Dry finish. 240610
