Hazy golden body with smallish off-white head. Aroma is sweet, clove, coriander, lemon, wheat. Taste is lightly sweet, some lemon sourness, light coriander, finishing herbal hoppy. Medium/light and watery body (not watery taste) makes for a pleasantly drinkable summer ale.

12 oz bottle pours an off white creamy head, color is hazy apricot. Aroma is sweet malty, followed by a like taste. Nice carbonation. Very similar to their White Beer.

Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured hazy amber color with a large fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate yeasty orange citrus aroma. Light to medium body. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Nice spicey nose with a nice white head. The taste is not what i would expect. a watered down blanche with little caracter.

Hazy, light golden ale. Huge, white head that retains well. Good lacing.
The nose is yeasty with notes of green apple and spices (clove, cinnamon and coriander?).
The flavor is light and well-balanced. Lightly spiced and vineous.
Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and very soft carbonation. Short, refreshing finish.

Bottle. Pours dark golden with a big white head and great lacing. Aroma of malt, citrus, candi sugar, chardonnay, peat, and corn flakes. Tastes dry, fruity, with citrus, hops, chardonnay, and honey at the finish. Super complex. My glass looked like it was full of floaties, until I realized that it was full of stationary carbonation bubbles. The effect was amazing!

750mL Bottle (Speciale Reserve, Batch 9). Pours an almost clear golden color with about 1/4" retained white head. Pepper, yeast/bread, coriander, and cobwebs hit the nose. Belgian yeast and a bouquet of fruits & spices come through in the taste. Clean mouthfeel, and slightly dry. Bready finish. A little sweet for my liking, but fairly well-balanced and easy to drink.
