2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 dmac (2656) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - MAY 1, 2012
Draft at Maloney’s. Poured a slightly hazy gold/orange with a large fluffy bright white head. Aroma of wet bread and metal. Perfect carbonation on a medium body with a slight creamy feel. Flavor is like the aroma with wet bread and copper. Bleh, Big Little kicks this beers ass.

Draught at Carrboro Beverage Company. Thanks for the large sample! This is my kind of beer. A light, hoppy, belgian pale ale. I could drink this all day. Earthy, nice bitterness, good stuff.
2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 PhillyCraft (597) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 27, 2012
On tap at Monks. Poured a cloudy yellow golden color. Head was a medium white shade with some good rings of lacing after each sip. Aromas of apples, wheat grains, lemon saison notes, orange peel, and some kind of spice if you really dig your nose in. Taste was on the bland side for me, and it wasnt carb’d enough as well. I wish more of the hops came through in the flavor also. Alright beer, Thing 2 was much better
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 obguthr (2573) - Poquoson, Virginia, USA - FEB 26, 2012
Orange flesh and lemon zest aroma. Cloudy yellow, medium head, good lacing. Dry lemon zest flavor, but sweeter toward the end. Light bodied and well hopped. Pretty simple, but tasty. I would have never guessed Allagash made it as it doesn’t taste remotely like anything else they make.

Draft at Max’s. Hazy orange-yellow pour. Thin white head. Crisp cereal aroma. Light sweetness with nutty flavor. Lemon-herb notes. Minty with a dry bitter finish. Really easy to drink.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 MrChopin (2213) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - FEB 20, 2012
hazy gold, frothy white head, rings of lace. Nose is dry wheat and white pepper, softly eggy with some heavy citrus. Flavor holds more egg and citrus early, toasted grains across mid before dropping out for singular citrus-bitter grain contrast in finish. Light and dry but the end tells the un-rounded tale.

Draft. Cloudy yellow color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of dusty lemons. Taste is similar with pink grapefruit.

Lovely floral and herbal hop nose with light cracker malt. Taste is very dry tons of hops, rather bitter, crisp malt, light lemon and grass, some hay and dusty yeast. Very nice.
