Lovely floral and herbal hop nose with light cracker malt. Taste is very dry tons of hops, rather bitter, crisp malt, light lemon and grass, some hay and dusty yeast. Very nice.

Tap at Max’s. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is biscuit and straw malt, earthy and grassy hops with fruity esters. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Light body and warmth with medium carbonation.

#1163 draught; nose is semisweet flowers, medium piss, green apple acid, feel is watery, carb is mediumweak, taste follows nose with cereal, and a decent dry hops finish

Serving: Draft at Fireworks. It pours a light amber orange color with a frothy white head. The nose is a little floral with notes of light orange and yeast. The flavor has hints of Saison Dupont only with some Bretty influences. Some grass and pepper on the back end. Not overly sweet which is nice. Light to medium body with a good bit of carbonation. Good stuff that’s worth a go.

Draught at Paradiso Dupont. Cloudy amber pour with minimal bubbly white head. The nose holds decent bready dough, lemon and pink grapefruit, and heavy spice, along with some good perfume and sage. the flavor brings more dough and spice, not particularly complex or balanced. Good carbonation, but palate is uninteresting. One of Allagash’s worst beers; leave it to BeerAdvocate to taint even one of the most consistent and excellent breweries out there.

Hazy nectar pour with a small white head. Lemony dough, and wicked spice lead to grainy astringetncy and floral herbaceous perfume. Palate is thin and carbonation is perfect. Dry finish.

draft... one of my least favorite people in the world is associated with this beer so I want to hate, but its a taste and easy to drink session beer, worth having

Nice retentive creamy white head, lightly hazy golden, nice lacing... lightly herbal, fairly yeasty, spicy aroma... easy drinking, medium thin bodied, fairly herbal with a dry finish, kind of like a less floral/herbal version of saison du buff...

Draft. Pours blonde with a white head. Zesty lemony aroma with Belgian yeast and a hint of coriander. The flavor has Belgian yeast, lemon, bright flowery hops, and coriander. Refreshing.
