Allagash Tripel Reserve

Pours a hazy yellow with a lacy white head. Aroma is largely citrus and slight banana. Taste is the same, with spice, clove, and some slight honey included as well. Mouthfeel is incredible, definitely at least one of the best examples of a tripel I’ve ever tasted.

Bu en échantillon, à la brasserie (bouteille de 355 ml.). Blonde dorée riche et brumeuse, moyen collet vanille. Arome de malte épicé et de sucre et fruit légé et délicat. Goût de malte de fruits épicé, des note de crème sucré. Réchauffant et doux.

Bottled. Yellow colour, good head. Good malty vanilla aroma without the expected, sometime yuky sweetness in tripels. Great pale malty mouthfeel with no obvious flavour profile, this is fruity and floral and just balanced.

Bottled. Deep golden with a large head. Malty and rather vinous aroma; yeasty. Fruity and spicy flavour; apricots, raisins, coriander, pepper.

Hazxy yellow color. Yeasty, fruity aroma with a malt profile. Yeasty, malty flavor, some fruity notes. Good, but a bit onedimensional.

Bottle thanks Marsiblursi. Hazy deep golden with a large fluffy white head. Earthy malt aroma with clear notes of cauliflower, and some woody and yeasty notes as well. Medium bodied and smooth. Good balance, dry finish.

Bottle(Tax to Marsiblursi) Red clear colour nice creamy head. Aroma of yeast,hops,hay,gras vegetable,fruits.Flavor is citric-flowers,nice balanced hops,fruity. Medium body, and a nice fruity medium long finish,. Werry nice!

Bottle from MCAS Miramar Marine Mart: Hazy rich golden color with a medium, but fading white head. Aroma is spicy and tropical fruit sweet. Flavor starts fruity sweet (peach/apricot) with spice followed by a light citrus bitterness and a lightly dry orangy finish. Medium bodied and creamy with moderate carbonation. Alcohol well hidden, but makes its presence known.
