COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Pours honey colored with a good head. Nice belgian smell with honey, crackers, citrus and hops. Medium bodied with a good taste to go with the aroma.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with a half finger head. Smells of herbs and a little bread. Taste is smooth, somewhat dry, with some minor sweetness. This has a delightful finish.. no alcohol on the tongue. A great Tripel.

750ml bottle batch 168. Had this a few times but thanks to David have a bottle to rate. Golden, hazy yellow with a billowy and creamy white head, at least one finger, that gradually settles leaving layers of lace stuck on the glass. Belgian yeast, sugar, grains, alcohol, coriander, banana. Fairly smooth but the alcohol lends a bit of a bite, slightly sweet throughout, some malt, banana and coriander at the end, becomes fairly dry. Quite nice but I think this is something that would benefit from sitting for a few months, maybe longer, for the alcohol to fade a bit.

Bomber. Pours hazy yellow with a large, dense white head. Aroma is malty, floral, some citrus. Flavor is malty, wheat/banana, some other fruit (maybe passion fruit, but I think I’m just impressionable), honey, some mild yeastiness. Thick mouthfeel. Lots of carbonation. Alcohol is warming but well hidden. Drinkable and delicious.

Slightly cloudy yellow. Faint banana aroma. Very light flavor as well, a little tart raisin I guess.

Pours a dense golden orange with a lingering white head and some lacing. Has a very fruity nose. Apricots, banana, pineapple. Lots of herbal and spicey notes and belgian yeast. Very enticing. Taste has quite a bit of belgian yeast and spice. Coriander & clove. Some fruitiness as described in the aroma and honey for a welcome sweetness and an underlying hop presence all makes for a well balanced and exceptional tasting beer. Medium to full body with a long dry finish with just a bit of both the sweetness and hop bitterness carrying through. Smooth with the perfect carbonation and plenty of warming alcohol. Really enjoying sipping on this one.

Fresh, grassy, yeasty aroma. Big, foam-producing head. Sweet and hoppy like a good tripel should be, with a drying hop finish. It is lacking a bit in the orange and raisin flavors that I hope for in a good abbey brew. Some dry, bready flavor and a little lemon peel too. It is doing very well on the RB charts - the #3 tripel as of this writing - I think that is a little too high, but I am still a fan.
