This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Bottle @ Copenhagen Øl Festival. Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Fair lacing. Cloudy orange color. Aroma of caramel, yeast, coriander, spice, clove and citrus. Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation and light hint of alcoholic texture. Flavor was sweet with some bitterness. Spicy sweet finish.

Ølfestival 2007. Bottled. Pours a clear light golden with a small white head. Rather sweet with aromas of perfume, plums and quite a bit of sugar. Medium bodied with an oily/creamy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Fruity, dry finish.

750 mL bottle. Hazy golden yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma of citrus and spice with a hint of sourness. Bright and lively palate - the carbonation is really wonderful. Citrus, honey, and clove flavor with a crisp, sweet finish.

Nice fruity sweetness that does not become overpowering. This is a great abbey tripel for the summer months. Yeasty enough to remain crisp. Great looking foamy head. I like this one quite a bit, but too hard it’s often difficult to find outside of New England.

Pours a light copper color with a white fizzy head. Has hints of sweet fruits and spices. Has a carbonation that consumes the entire taste. Finishes sweet and clean.

Cloudy golden/amber appearance with a medium size white head and decent lacing. Yeasty, herbal, fruity aroma. Multifaceted taste is spicy, moderately sweet, nicely hopped, with a plethora of fruity esters. Medium-to-full bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Dry, bittersweet, peppery, long lasting finish.
