COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Floral aroma, with a slight citrussy hint. A beautiful clear straw/golden yellow, with a large white head, the head holds well, and has only moderate lacing. Taste is sweet with a hint of floral bitterness. Feels pleasant on the tongue, a tiny bit oily. Overall, superb beer.

Tripel Ale, is hazy bright orange with a coarse thick white head. Citrus armoa.Very little bitterness, rather clean and refreshing with taste of orange peel, citrus, lemon. Very light for a 9% ABV. Medium carbonation, just a enough to be refreshing. Love this pale Tripel.

Bottle. Pours a pale straw yellow, white head with so-so retention. Nose is mainly cloves and yeast. Mouth is more cloves, bubllegum, banana and finishes slightly warm. Not as good as I’d hoped it would be.

Bottle. Poured a nice, slightly hazy, vibrant orange color with a medium sized, foamy white head. Aroma is citrus oranges, coriander, other various spices. Touch of yeasty bananas, dry honey notes to this one too. Spice note is quite nice, with some citrus and hoppy notes to round out this one. Pretty darn good.

Draft at the growler NYC. Hazy gold lemon apple vide color. Lots of lace on the sides of the glass. Taste us boozy and honey with an almost mead like resemblance ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Batch 198. Cloudy dull gold pour, nice head. Passion fruit, orange and apricot. Smooth taste at beginning, hits hard at end. A little malty and chalky. Overall well done tripel.
