COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

750Ml bottle. This beer pours a dull cloudy yellow with a medium white head leaving some good lacing down the sides. The aromas are lemon zest, dough and musk. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky and sweet with a dryness on the backend. The body is medium. This was a very nice beer! Cheers!

On tap at Taps in Petaluma. Pours a golden color without much head. Not as much bubbles as the bottled version. A little musty tasting.

Smooth and crisp. Light and bubbly. A little sweet fruit with some floral notes make this abbey tripel really enjoyable.

Booyah! Worth the price of admission. Ratebeer says I have to have more characters to post, so I’ll try to be more helpful-- more peach than banana, classic American Belgian style Tripel. If you like their white ale then I’d recommend this fully.

Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Yael for getting this for me! Hazy-cloudy amber with white head. Bubblegum, yeast, spices and chemicals in the nose, fruity, spicy and juicy in the mouth. Full body, very carbonated, long, fruity finish. Feels wheaty, fulfilling and very tasty.

A: Pours cloudy golden-orange hue with a durable off-white head. The head lasted until the beer was gone, thoroughly coated the glass with lace when tilted, and left some patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma & T: Complex and sweet aroma features tropical fruits, pear, and light spices. The taste has these characteristics too, but add some tartness, traces of wild and Belgian yeast, and some alcohol esters. M: Medium body; medium-high but soft carbonation. O: Excellent and well-balanced mix of flavors and aromas: an impressive Tripel even by Belgian standards.
