Commercial Description:
This golden hued ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with subtle suggestions of banana and honey surfacing from its deep and complex palate. The Tripel's finish is remarkably long and soothing.

Pours bright golden-yellow with an immense white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Slightly sweet palate with balanced hop bitterness. Clean, estery finish with lots of body and a hint of banana and spice. Almost vinous. Lots of character and very well-balanced overall. Great Tripel!

this beer poured a beautiful deep gold with an orange hue into a Trappist glass, with a big rocky head. aroma was full of fruity esters of banana and bubble gum, also a slight bit of honey and some spice in the background. Flavor was subtle and complex, with the highlight being a note that on the back of the tongue resembled toast with honey. flavor also had a light spiciness, and a bready yeastiness. palate was medium but full with a medium amount of carbonation. definitely one of my favorite if not my current favorite triple.

750 ml bottle, batch 95. A cloudy dark golden beer with a small and fast disappearing white head. The aroma is excellent, balanced and yeasty with hoppy, floral, herbal and spicy notes. Almost no traces of alcohol in the nose. The flavour is balanced too, with a medium sweetness and some acidity. It feels really Belgian in the mouth, well blended ingredients. Spicy, fruity and with a good hoppiness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium to full body, lively carbonation, dry long finish with medium bitterness, very lightly alcoholic. A fantastic beer, excellent aroma and really flavourful. One of the best tripels, comparable to the finest Belgians, if not better.

Thanks to Naka for sharing. A rich, frothy white head sits above a cloudy orange body, and leaves wonderful lacing. The aroma is very spicy and fruit, with notes of orange, bread, sweet candy, and coriander. There’s a also a BIG alcohol presence in the nose. The taste is obviously very young and fresh with lots of alcohol heat, strong fruity esters, and a touch of sweetness. Hints of sweet orange peel, cloves, coriander, ginger, and bread, with a slight acidic burn. My only complaint, other than the heat, is that it’s a tad under-carbonated.

12 oz bottle-at beach in DE-haven’t seen in this size at State Line. Jumped on this one. Very drinkable, taste is supreme, deep, complex palate is an understatement. This is brewing at its finest-Can’t see why anyone wouldn’t like this--
