It has a great nose; reminds me a bit of a white beer. It’s cloudy yellow w/ a big white frothy head. Prostman (1077), Pennsylvania, USA

It poured a cloudy gold with a white head. The taste was a little dry compared to other tripels, but still very good. Ringo (959), Loveland, Colorado, USA

UPDATE 2/8/02 Cask conditioned - Excellent, wonderful, soift and tasty, even Raven liked it. The cask-conditioned gets a 4.7 from me. If you have the chance, you'll want to try it. MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA

Nice orange color, little frothy head leaving brussels lace on the glas. Peppery but ligth flavor, also yeast, apricots and honey. Smooth, silky warm finish. Our cat liked the aroma - catnip in this brew? Great brew. daalamar (403), bardstown, Kentucky, USA

Glowing golden in color with a huge white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and yeast, banana and bread.(like a wheat beer without the earthy tones) Flavor is long and lasts long after the last drop. Complex with the same banana and tropical fruits, yeast and spices that were exibited in the nose. Mellows in the finish with the yeast and malts being evident. TThere is so much more to this beer that I cannot put words to. It is, on the downside, a little bit on the abrupt side.with a little bit of aging however it would be on the top of the list of world class brews.
