Bottle 750ml. @ PBF 2011

[ Trade by GAManiac ]. Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, fruity orange - citrus, moderate to light heavy yeasty, grape, wood, light white wine, light farmyard - barnyard. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110702]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light spicy touch. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of spices and alcohol - a bit boring.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of kramer17801. Hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity nose. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel and fruit. A light tartness and a light bitterness. Unusual but not unpleasant. 021107

From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 17. Pours hazy orange with a diminised white head. Slight acidic, orange peel and soft malty with a slight spiced whiff. Flavour holds a very mild roasted malt flavour, a subdued brett note and slight fruity hoppy too. Finish ends in a flemish sour like note, quite mild though.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is raisins, dark fruity notes and some mild spices as well.. Flavour is caramel malts, mild raisins, some slight wood as well as earthy notes.

Bottle. Hazy amber coloured with a white head. Perfumed fruity aroma of peaches and spices. Fruity flavour of peaches, caramel and hops. Very carbonated. Hoppy finish.

Flavor: rich malt flavor, lots of grape skin character bringing some tartness, just a touch of malty sweetness, nice spicyness, light bitterness, winey character comes out upon warming

2007-11-02, Papsoe Blind Tasting, corked bottle
Cloudy orange - amber color. Light aroma, plastic, light malt and. Very uninteresting flavor, residual sweetness, some malt, very light fruitness. Boring.

Hazy golden-amber. The aroma is woody, footy, slighlty fecal, with light fruity and vinous accents. Spritzy body shows grape, rich pale malts, woody/peppery hop/alcohol balance and light pediococcus. OK, but nothing jumps out as being special.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy burnt orange body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of orange juice, medley of white and red grapes (white is more dominant), light peach, and biscuit. Flavor of dried whole Chinese mandarin oranges, sweet peach and white vinous qualities.
