Pours a hazy dull straw with big billowy white head, well hazed, with a nice lacing. Aromas are typical witbier, nice wheaty aroma with estery orange peel and light coriander. This is really shaping up to be THE witbier. Initial is light on the palate, but medium bodied, nice wheaty body with light spice, orange peel, and coriander. Finishes light, flavored, but refreshing. Light, not the best wit, but pretty good. Finishes smooth with lingering flavors. travita (1887), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 13, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color that for some reason reminds me of lemon drop candies. Yeast particulates in suspension. Medium sized white head. Sweet citrus, wheat, coriander on the nose. Body is light and clean. Finish is crisp as well with light citrus and yeast notes. mcjay (303), Neenah, Wisconsin, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 7, 2009 For a wheat, this has a lot going on- flavors not common to beer. That being said, I would rather drink a beer that tastes like beer. Taste of orange peel and coriander is strongest. Lots of spices. I had it with Mahi Mahi, which seemed to negate the flavor of the fish. Save it for deviled eggs or other spicy appetizers.$7.99 for a large bottle, maybe 25 oz at Gulf Liquors Miami Beach. fidelis83 (712), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Feb 2, 2009 Pours a slightly cloudy straw gold with a tall rocky white head that has good retention and leaves really nice lacing. Aroma is big on wheat, spice, yeast, fresh orange peel, green banana, not the most comlex but very inviting. Flavor is chewy wheat cereal, orange, coriander, sweet floral notes, more green banana. FInish is yeast and spices, with a sort of tart green banana and orange note that I though was interesting but not the most tasty. Body was a little sweet and almost slimy. I really think it is a pretty good beer though, it really tastes better at a warmer temperature than I would normally drink a wit.
