3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: SEP 1, 2012 Slightly murky yellow. Big nose of cloves, coriander, bananas and lemons. Very crisp and stinging as the bubbles race across the tongue. Citrus, lemon, sprite soda all come to mind. A bit bland in the finish, but smooth after it explodes on the tongue. What a nice wit.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
A sharp smell of corriander, the appearance is excellent, opaque yellow. Very citrus, floral, orange and corriander. very flavorful, a slight flat (for lack of a better word) taste that I cant quite identify.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
(draught) Pale yellow, slight white head, lacey. Nose is citrussy, fresh orange flowers, some coriandre. Taste gives a bitter cookie-like flavour (mannah), mixed with the more classical witbier tastes. No overdose of coriandre or curaçao - OK. Light bodied - not thin. In the aftertaste, a mild sweetness appears. A better than average wit. I like the bitterish starting taint.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A cloudy straw yellow beer that pours with a white head with decent retention. Leaves a nice ring of lace at the top of the glass. The aroma is of yeast and malt, with a straw component in the background. The taste is heavy with coriander and yeast, with some wheat flavors and a subtle sweetness. The finish still seems to have some noticable hops as well.

Although I can now get Allagash here in Florida, but only in 750’s, this particular White Beer was acquired in a trade with Jeremy, the Main Pimp of Rochester, jgb9348!
Damn this Allagash White is as pale as the old moonlight; oh and “hey Batman, You ever dance with the devil in the pale moon light?”
This one pours a pale glowing golden color with a frothy white head. The aroma is of wheat, yeast, and lemon. The flavor is obviously wheaty and spicy, again more lemon, oily palate, snappish, crisp finish; wow this is quit good but I don’t have much to say as far as a description goes.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Fairly fruity in the nose and taste. Citris and lemon in the nose, cloudy white colour, and tangy flavor kind of wheaty. Not bad, overall.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JUL 25, 2010 Quite nice. The color is a "glowing" orange with plenty of cloudiness. The bitter flavors of the orange peel are quite apparent. The texture is quite complex, especially for a "lighter" beer. Definately on my "shopping" list now!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: SEP 23, 2003 Hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of yeast and spices. Flavor of spices with a little sourness. The carbonation is a little too strong.
